I am a licensed professional counselor with more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field.

I strive for a therapeutic relationship that is accepting, collaborative, and authentic. I am passionate about helping people better understand themselves in order to create the lives they desire. I believe people have the power to heal and grow given the supports and tools to do so. It is an honor to come along side people who are in pursuit of healing and wellness.

My approach is collaborative and strength based, with emphasis on each client’s unique strengths, experiences and resiliency. I believe in the therapeutic process and would consider it a privilege to meet and work with you.
